What measures should I consider when wearing orthodontic appliances?

• Brush your teeth right after every meal and before going to bed.

• Be careful with apricot, cherry or olive seeds.
• Do not cut food with your teeth. Use knife and fork to cut them in small pieces.
• Do not bend the appliances with your fingers.
