The Interprox® brush range cleans interproximal spaces effectively, protecting against caries and periodontal disease.
Thanks to their Tynex® filaments, Interprox® brushes efficiently clean spaces while detecting bleeding (white filaments) and dental biofilm (black filaments).
Use of these brushes is particularly recommended in patients with orthodontics, implants and fixed prostheses, if space between teeth allows. For little to no space between teeth, dental floss or tape may be used.
*PHD: Passage Hole diameter (smallest interdental space where an interproximal brush can be inserted)
Instructions for use:
1- Use the most appropriate Interprox® size for each space. The brush should easily be inserted between teeth, so that the filaments and not the wire come in contact with the teeth.
2- Move the brush inside out, without twisting it. To clean the back teeth more easily, assemble the protective cap to the handle.
3- The handle can be bent to form the most appropriate angle.
Maximum Flexibility: for easily cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
Filaments: Black and white Tynex® to detect dental biofilm and bleeding, respectively.
Easy to use: the protective cap makes the brush conveniently transportable; Cap can be assembled to handle making the brush longer to more easily access posterior areas of the oral cavity.
Warnings and suggestions:
The Interprox brushes are recommended for interdental spaces in the anterior part of the mouth. Their angle allows for perpendicular entry in these areas without the risk of causing injury to the gums. For cleaning spaces in the premolar and molar areas, use of Interprox® Plus and/or Interprox Access® is recommended.
