Recommendations of use:

1- Cut 50 cm of tape and roll most of it in one of the middle finger, and the rest in the other hand.
2- Tighten a portion of around 3 cm of tape using your thumbs and forefingers.
3- Insert the tape between your teeth and when you reach the edge of the gum, bend the tape in C shape towards one of the tooth until you feel resistance. You can use a threader to insert the tape between gums and orthodontic appliances.
4- Rub the tape against every tooth to eliminate food debris and dental biofilm.
