If your usual pharmacy or parapharmacy does not have the product you need, you can order it using its specific national code (CN). Your product will be sent to your store as soon as possible.

Waterpik® is a brand sold in pharmacies and parapharmacies.

5- ¿Where can I buy replacement tips for my Waterpik®?
Replacements tips for all WaterpikR jets are sold in pharmacies and parapharmacies. If they are not available when you go to your usual store, please order them using the appropriate national code (CN) and they will be sent as soon as possible.

6- ¿What is the most appropriate age range to use VITIS Junior gel?
We recommend using VITIS Junior gel starting at 3 years old. Although this might vary depending on the ability of the child to rinse his/her mouth. The ideal age range is between 3 and 7. Children under 7 should brush their teeth under the supervision of an adult.

7- ¿How often should I brush my teeth?
In general, it is recommended that you brush your teeth after every meal (three times a day) during two minutes. A correct toothbrushing includes vibratory circular movements, from back to front. Never forget to brush your teeth before going to bed as overnight is when your teeth are highly exposed to bacteria attacks.

8- ¿How do I know which toothbrush to choose?
To select the proper toothbrush you have to take into consideration two main aspects: bristle hardness (soft, medium or hard) and size of the head (normal or small). The hardness will depend upon your brushing technique, your gums, etc. Your dentist can, after an exam, determine the best toothbrush for you so that you can obtain the most effective oral hygiene, with no harm or burden.

9- ¿How often should I replace my toothbrush?
We recommend replacing the toothbrush when its properties, such as hardness or stiffness of the bristles, become damaged. Damaged bristles might hurt your gums. The average replacement time is every three months.

10- ¿How often do I need to replace the interproximal brush?
Interproximal brushes have a determined life and use. If they are properly used, with the correct technique and the correct size for every space, they usually keep their hardness and stiffness properties for one week.

11- ¿Where can I buy the VITIS Sonic heads?
VITIS Sonic head replacements are sold in pharmacies and parapharmacies. If they are not available when you visit your store, you can order them using the national code (CN) ), and they will be sent to your store as soon as possible. Remember that for a longer lasting of your electric toothbrush you should use a specific type of toothpaste.

12- ¿Do I have to use any specific type of toothpaste when using an electric toothbrush?
For a better oral hygiene and durability of your electric toothbrush, we recommend the use of electric toothbrush specific toothpaste. Its formula is more fluid so that it disperses better, does not generate lumps and has a better effect in the oral cavity.

13- ¿Do all toothpastes, gels and mouthrinses from DENTAID contain mint?
All DENTAID toothpastes have some mint flavour.
