Brushing technique

Place the filament surface of the brush head against your teeth at a 45° angle. While maintaining this angle, press the filaments gently against the gumline, and using short, vibratory back-and-forth movements, clean two or three teeth at a time.

When cleaning lingual tooth surfaces, place the brush vertically in order to have better access to the area.

The goal of this technique is to remove soft deposits from above and below the gums.
